The Christmas episode of the Gamewave Podcast is now online. The show is half as long as usual, but to make up for it we've recently released the Gamewave Podcast Compilation Vol. 1! The 10-track compilation has been released through Betamod and is available to download for free - definitely check it out!

Also, 8bitpeoples have recently released a compilation too. This compilation features a quite astounding array of 8-bit style artists including YMCK, Anamanaguchi, David E. Sugar, Nullsleep, Bit Shifter and x|k. The compilation is available to buy here, and there's also a bonus disc which is available for free download.

Episode 18 is now available. We played some great tracks this week, including an excerpt from Night on Bald Mountain (because Mike wanted to talk about it). The version we played was taken from Musopen.com, a really neat public domain music website - check it out.
